All Drivers Require a Valid Boaters License/ Pleasure Craft Operators Card and Drivers License and a Photocopy of Each Will Be Kept On File During the Duration of Rental
There is a $2500 Damage Deposit on Each Boat Rented on a Visa or Master Card That Will Be Refunded Once The Boat is Returned Without Damage
Renters Are Liable For ALL DAMAGES and Will Be Charged For Any Damages That The Boat Returns With
Renters are Responsible to Fill the Boat With Fuel Upon Return of the Rental, Fuel Can Be Filled at Birch Point Marina’s Fuel Dock
Renters are NOT Permitted to Tow Anything With The Vessel (Tubers, Water Skiers, Wakeboarders, Ect)
Cancelation Policy: You May Cancel up to 30 Days Prior to Rental Date for a Full Refund, Cancelation Between 8-29 Days Prior to Rental Will Receive a 50% Refund, Cancelation In < 7 Days will Receive a 25% Refund
Rental Pick Up on First Day is Anytime After 9:30am
Rental Is Due Back on Last Day Of Rental By 4:00pm
